I worked with two brokers prior to Number 1 Auto Transport. Neither was able to get a timely delivery to Nebraska stating that no transporters wanted to go to the Midwest without more financial incentive than their initial quotes to me. They were terminated and Number 1 was contacted on a Tuesday. They kept in contact calling on Wednesday and Thursday to update me. They had a confirmed driver pickup on Friday that same week for the same amount as the first broker that could not fill the order. They took no money until the pickup was confirmed. They sent me the driver/transport company information and the driver rating. The driver picked up on time and delivered 2 days ahead of schedule (Sunday). The car had no issues on arrival inspection. Number 1 Auto gets high praise for communication, honesty, professionalism, and making it happen when other companies could not.
