Mario was a nice representative, at first glance, but I got an uneasy feeling that this wouldn't go well when the quote to move my vehicle 1,000 miles across the country sounded too good to be true. I scheduled about a week and a half out with flexible dates. They said my truck would be picked up on May 30 and the driver would be calling me to get in touch. I was concerned because I'm in a residential area where a big truck isn't really going to fit easily. I took the day off work to be able to be there when my precious truck (the only car I've driven since I got my license 20 years ago) would leave me. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. I called Mario, and he assured me they had dispatched the driver and the driver would call me. I asked for the driver's info, they refused to give that to me. And then I waited. Called back after an hour, no answer. It was lunch time, I get it. Called back after another hour, no answer. I ended up calling 5 times the whole day of pickup. Finally Max from the dispatch called me and said they had a driver but he wouldn't pick up until tomorrow (May 31, which I would also have to work and can't just take off at a moment's notice) oh, and by the way there would be an "adjustment" to the quote. So I asked how much it would be. $300 more than my original quote! At that point I had had enough and canceled the entire deal. If you can't be honest about the actual prices, don't expect my business. I'm thankful that I can be flexible and try again with a more reputable company. I wish I had checked the reviews here and on Yelp before going with this company. DO NOT USE!
