Definitely not having a good experience with this company. It has been 3 weeks since I've requested my car be shipped. I've paid my deposit and keep getting the run around. When I made the deposit 3 weeks ago, they said they would pick my car up within the week, and here I am, still without a vehicle, and without a date they are going to pick it up. They won't give me any answers and keep telling me "a dispatcher will call you today", but of course, no one does. Currently, I am renting a car, so they are costing me money every day. This is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! No one has time or money for this stress!!! If I don't get a phone call with a pickup date TODAY, I'm getting my money back and filing a complaint with the BBB.
