The worst thing that has happened to me, irresponsible, scammers, NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to lose your money. I hired their service in the month of May for my move from the city of Miami to the State of Wisconsin, the person who attended me very kindly named Jason Jones, who after making an inventory of what he took me to make a budget which I had to deposit 33% to make the contract, I clarified to Mr. Jones that the move had to be between June 10 and 11 without fail since we had to give the house on June 12 because he had to pay a daily penalty of $800 for being overdue. On June 10th I receive an email from the company where they tell me that they would be at my house between 11am and 1 in the afternoon, I managed to communicate with a representative of the company after multiple calls and she told me that they would be in my home at 5pm and I told him again that it had to be that day. The truth is that they did not arrive on June 11 but on JUNE 12 and they told me that it was no longer the agreed amount but triple (almost $ 10,000) after millions of unanswered calls and once he managed to speak with the manager he tells me they can not do anything that either pay the amount or no move. I did not have that money, so they left, I asked them to return my deposit and after millions of calls I receive an email saying they are not going to return anything because I had to cancel days before the move, the company DID NOT make the move on the dates established in the contract, this brought me many financial problems that I am still suffering, THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.
