Poor Communication

They are really bad at communication after you sign the contract and pay the $50 deposit. You pay the deposit initially and then they start looking for companies afterwards. However, as my desired pickup date was nearing, I had not heard from them, neither Kevin nor Cesar, and started to get worried. After multiple contact attempts to confirm if they have found a moving company for me, through phone calls that went to voicemail and unanswered emails, they only contacted me after I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Even then, after I told them that I cancelled with them, they called me a few days later saying they found someone for me at a price higher than what they quoted for me. They don't listen and continue to give excuses that don't make sense. The only upside is that their prices are cheaper but I found another company with better customer service and the same price.
