It is difficult to put into words how great and professional the experience was working New World Auto Transport. It started with the initial call - well after business hours, expecting to leave a voice mail, but no instead the call was answered by owner "Steve"! After explaining our moving needs (a simple tow trailer from Texas to New York), which very few had any interested to move, or at least for a reasonable cost, Steve responded "sure we can help you"! Not only did they have it scheduled within days of my initial call, but they also made special arrangements to have the trailer picked up and brought to their warehouse to help manage the loading and timing with the trucker so we could keep to our scheduled departure to NY. The personal attention to me and our small transport need was remarkable. Very hard to find this level of superior customer service anywhere! New World Auto Transport is a company/ team worth trusting your most valued transport needs. Thank you Steve and Team!!
