My son in Houston lost his house and both cars in the recent floods. I decided to transport a car to him from New York. Since the car was going to Houston, I looked for a transporter in the Houston area with a A+ BBB rating. I found New World Auto Transport.
I have transported cars before, but mostly to Scotsdale in a closed vehicle. I felt the additional cost for a closed vehicle was not warranted for a 7 year old Honda. New World offered both closed and open transport and offers the same outstanding service whether I am transporting my 1967 big block Corvette or 2010 Honda Accord.
I spoke with Steve Wells (owner of new World Auto Transport) and was very impressed how he professionally approached his business and the total customer care culture that encompasses his company. In speaking with Brandon and Mike at New World Auto Transport it was evident that the customer care culture has well filtered down from management.
I have only the highest endorsement for New World Auto Transport and recommend them to anyone. They are not the cheapest, but possibly the best in their field.
