I was contacted by Jacob from New Way Moving Service to transport my vehicle from Lubbock to Houston on 8/14/20. He advised my vehicle would be picked up in 3 hours the same day. I told him I must ensure my sister was at home so the vehicle could be picked up. He advised me if she couldn’t be there it was ok and He would refund my $150.00 back. As the time grew closer to 6:00pm I begin to call Jacob and the transport guy. Eventually the transporter guy contacted me and advised he was not able to get my vehicle and he already advised Jacob at New Way Moving Service of this. I called New Way Moving Service left messages tried multiple extensions and was never able to get a live representative. I also sent multiple emails to Jacob and still no response from him to this day. BEWARE NEW WAY MOVING SERVICES ARE SCAMS!! They inform you can only pay cash app and ZELLE. Which is a red flag!!!
