When my sister-in-law ran into difficulty with another transporter who offered a low price but couldn't deliver I did a quick internet search and contacted Nationwide. From initial phone contact to the car on the truck took less than 36 hours. Their equipment was a top notch full sized vehicle transporter no pick-up with a gooseneck trailer. The car got from the Allentown vicinity of PA to the mountains of Colorado in a total of five days from initial phone contact to final delivery. Throughout they maintained phone contact and were willing to back their commitment with a return of our deposit if they weren't able to meet their promised pick-up. In short there was nothing to criticize in our case.
I was very much impressed with the degree to which their reps were willing to accommodate our unusual circumstances and to meet our narrow timetable. They came across as conscientious and concerned about our satisfaction.
