0 Communication or Customer Service

This company has 0 communication and not even the managers care about customer service. My car was rushed out of the dealership to make a shipment date only to sit in a lot for over a month when I could have had more upgrades and work done on my vehicle. When trying to figure out where my car was I had to use the vehicles GPS tracker because the employees did not respond to my emails for weeks at a time. After the vehicle arrived severely late I voiced my concerns via voicemail and email, several times, to manager "Tye" and was literally completely ignored. I was never offered an explanation or compensation for any of the tardiness. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews I saw previously.
