John is a fast talker and omits pertinent info. He did come through with getting a quick pickup after another company failed to come through. By doing so he asked me to prepay with a credit card. When the transporter arrived at the destination he refused to give me my vehicle because John failed to pay him or communicate the plan to pay the driver later. I had to threaten to call the police to get my car released. When we notified John he yelled at me for packing the car and hung up on me. I later received a notice that packing was prohibited it would have been nice to get this when John was fast talking me into a deal that left the driver humiliated and me an unsatisfied reviewer. John owed me an apology and instead he hung up on me. This is not the kind of person you trust with your vehicle.
