Had a suitcase in the car and ended up with items stolen. Text the representative John and told him what happened, he basically told me that he is not responsible for loss or theft. Left a voicemail (after calling multiple times) he never got back to me. They only ever insisted on getting my credit card deposit. All about money and nothing else, they dont care what condition your item arrives in. The drivers appear to be third party and too me are very dishonest. Will never use them again, beware.
