I have never shipped a vehicle before. Thomas was patient with all my initial questions, Thomas was patient when I cancelled shipping request and then called back and said vehicle was ready for shipping. Thomas at Nationwide Transport Services took care of all questions before, during and after the shipping process from Nevada to Michigan and then the return trip from Michigan to Nevada. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I received by Thomas and also by Koffi the driver of the transport truck that delivered my car.
