Never in my life have I been so mad. We bought a truck and had it scheduled to be picked up today. Gave our credit card and everything. Was told by Owen that we would receive a call last night or this morning with our pick up time. The dealership said no one has been by to pick up the vehicle. I called Nationwide Transport and they told me that Owen no longer works for them and our quote wasn't going to be honored. The manager kept saying that "I didn't make that quote". I asked if anyone was planning on calling to let us know and I couldn't get a answer. Finally told me it was going to be over $200 more than the quoted price to be picked up. Do your self a favor and find a more reliable company.
