The first impression of this company was great. I put in a quote and I spoke to one person before Owen called me. After the first conversation, I had with another company( I didn't catch the name) The man was raising his voice at me saying that no one would beat his price and I need to book with him now. Owen called me about 5 minutes later and I felt much more comfortable with him. I felt like he was more interested in making sure I knew the process and was comfortable with him and Nationwide. he sent me all the reviews and showed be the BBB accreditation which was nice to have. He assigned a driver for my 2008 Nissan Altima 2 days before he picked it up in Dallas and took 3 days to get to my mom in Boston. He was really nice and professional. We shipped on an open truck and when my mom got the car, it was in great condition! I would recommend Owen if you go with this company!
