I needed to ship my cars by 9/10/2020. I've actually used this company once before in the past. I contacted them 3 times by phone, 2 of which I was automatically transferred to a voicemail system in which the agents never returned my calls. The other one automatically hung up on me saying "sorry, no one is available." I also used their "contact us" form twice, and requested call backs or email replies, both of which I never received. After 5 days of continuing to try and reach them without even so much as a courtesy response, we have moved on to other companies, all of which have promptly communicated with us. Will never use National Transport LLC again.
