Terrible Company. Do Not Use!

This company is a disgrace. I called and spoke to a representative and told them that I had an urgent situation and that I needed my car picked up by a certain date. After about a 45 minute conversation with this person he assured me that he would be able to take care of me by that date. I gave my information and waited to hear back from them. The day before my pick up date I emailed and called to find out what time my car would be picked up. I was then told that I didn't have a guarantee and therefore I may not be picked up. I explained that my situation again and they told me they would see what I could do. I told them explicitly that if my date was not available then I could not use them. Then I mysteriously get a charge as if I was finally going to have this situation resolved only to find out that they scheduled me for 2 days after the date I need. Now they are not returning my money stating that it is a "dry run fee". They are stating that since they made the arrangements they should be compensated. They are a disgrace. All I wanted to do was get home to bury a family member and this company took advantage. Horrible experience.

We are certainly sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our service. It is our policy to request a 3-5 business days to secure a carrier on standard transport and on main transport lanes. As some customers do have a need to use our expedite service which does come with a price increase, it is impossible to predict the elements, as there are several variables that can impact a transport timelines. We have always pride ourselves on our knowledge and ability to deliver on the demand of this industry. I do urge our customers to read our terms of agreement before they sign to ensure the information is the same as the information discussed, this prevents any possible misunderstandings and sets the right expectation.
