I used NX because of a referral from a friend. I had a lot of questions because I had my closing and movers coming at the same time. I talked to a few others while shopping and everyone "guaranteed" the date I needed. But Carl was the only one that actually was truthful,and explained how the dates work. Which is a range of a couple of days. I appreciated that the knew how important that was to me because I had a trip to Florida for a wedding. I saw the price was middle of the road, so to speak. I had some high, some frighteningly low too. The service was worth not trying to save $50 or whatever. I got on answer whenever I called. Every email was answered within the same day. Just what you expect from professional companies to begin with. So I'm happy to express my satisfaction with this service in a review. Thank you.
