FYI:
The problem with this organization is communication; lack thereof.
They send automated emails at points, but you don't get a reply from "Carl" with details or specifics. You're forced to call.
There's only one person apparently manning the phones, and he doesn't speak clear English.
They will only up the rate they offer to find a driver if it goes past the 3-day that they quote; which it almost always will.
Mind you, the car is literally 5 hours away and it's coming from a major city/state.
As a result of giving this company a try, two business days were wasted, which means more money needing to be spent elsewhere.
My suggestion is you do NOT use this firm for your shipping unless you just don't care about when you get your car; it may "eventually" show up but who knows how long that will be.
