Needed my car shipped from CA to PA. Jorge was very straightforward with the process and everything was easy. Keep in mind that these people are only brokers and don't control the actual carrier's themselves. You give them your information and they place your car on a database where Carriers bid for the highest paying ones first.
I booked my order a week in advance but unfortunately, a carrier wouldn't pick my car. NXAuto had to decrease the brokerage fee and increase it for the carrier fee in order to get a carrier to take my car. I ended up paying the same price quoted but less money went to NX Auto. This is good customer service in my opinion because normally, brokers would just tell customers to offer more money to the carrier in order to get their car picked up.
My car was picked up literally the night I was ready to leave CA for PA and it was dropped off a day early with no problems whatsoever. Thank you so much!
