My husband hired RoadRunner Auto Transport, who used NAO as the carrier. All went well, except for the day my car was supposed to be picked up. I was already gone on my honeymoon with my car parked at my parents' residence. My dad set aside the day to wait for the "window" of time that the car would be picked up. Sadly, at the END of the day we were contacted and they rescheduled the pick up for the next day, which indeed happened. I understand that circumstances arise, but I had a very upset father. Happily, the delivery went wonderfully. The driver communicated EARLY with me that the day of delivery may need to be rescheduled for the next day. He later confirmed. Everything he told me was straight up honest and I appreciated it. "Vilari" (sp?) did an EXCELLENT job.
