Unfortunately there isn't a lower rating then a single star, do not use this company. Like so many other reviews they are a "bait and switch" complete scam. I have engaged an attorney and am investigating a class action lawsuit. My experience: Signed a contract on July 8 (8 weeks in advance of pickup) for a price of $600 with a committed pickup/dropoff date. 5 days prior to pickup was told it would cost $1300. As a restult of several hours on the phone with them it became apparent they are a bait and switch company. They had no intention of honoring the committed price. The contract signed meant absolutely nothing. I can't emphasize enough....do not use this company.
