Liza is hands down the best customer representative I have ever encountered. I am not being hyperbolic when I say she does a phenomenal job at representing her customers. In fact, this is the first time I have ever written a review - and it’s because she more than deserves it. Liza communicates effectively, directly, and empathetically. This difficult balance was amazing to witness over the course of our text and email communications. I really wish to see her in high level management one day because she is the sort of person people will want to work for and with. Liza is responsive, honest, and clearly leads with integrity. I do not say this because my experience transporting my car was seamless, I say this because when I communicated to Liza the figurative bumps in the road she not only advocated for me but alleviated a very stressful situation just by listening. Liza was prompt, professional, organized, and made me feel as if I was in the best of hands from beginning to end. She went to bat for me and hit it out of the park. Here is the thing that astounds me: Liza didn’t have to do this. I had already paid, the papers was signed, and the car was delivered. However, as soon as I expressed my unfortunate experience Liza did not hesitate to step in. Whoever has the mental and emotional capacity to do their job this well - in a pandemic when they likely have their fair share of stress to handle - deserves a raise, a promotion, and a round of applause. To future customers - you are in the best hands To future coworker and employers- this is not someone you want to let slip away
