I wanted to have my car transported to another state the contract started no money up front then I get an email requesting my credit card when I asked why they started they needed a $150 to start the process.i requested I asked for some documents stating how much they were going to take off my credit card the refused and because very aggressive about the money or the car will not get picked up as I was about to cancel my wife calls me about a guy is there to pick up my car. That’s the last I’ve seen of my car,I should have received my car five days ago the driver disappeared and moverjet won’t talk to me whenever I call they keep saying we will call you back but they never call back. Bad company poor Customer service
