My car was shipped and arrived the next day after what the carrier had told me he would deliver so I had to pay for an Uber to and from work. THEN it gets delivered and is completely undrivable. The left tire rod was so bent and messed up it had to be towed to a Jeep dealership. Moverjet has been completely unhelpful has just passed it off to submitting the claim through the carriers insruance. Has been completely hands off in trying to help. I have now racked up several hundred in ubering to and from work because I returned my rental car thinking I would have a functioning car. I hired MOVERJET and signed a contract through them. So they should take some responsibility for this issue. However they choose not to and have a laid back hands off mentality. So unhelpful and do not car how much time and money and stress this is costing me.
