I am shocked at how terrible the customer service was. Mary Hill was my representative, and I had called her multiple times throughout the week to follow up on my car shipment. I had expressed to her that my car needed to be shipped on a Friday, and she waited until the day before to even call drivers to ship my car. Although she said she would follow up with me, she never called me and I always had to reach out to her. She told me near the end of the work day on Thursday that they were unable to ship my car, which was extremely inconvenient for me. DO NOT use this company. I would suggest Movewheels - they were much more helpful, proactive, and solution-oriented.
