I entered into a contract with MoverJet Logistics to deliver a car I purchased out of state. After a week of waiting for MoverJet Logistics to locate a carrier, I canceled the order and switched to a different company. The vehicle was picked up the next day. Adam, my point of contact at MoverJet Logistics, was courteous and replied promptly to text inquiries, but I was disappointed that they didn’t fulfill the contract.
