1. I had a car transported to Alabama and the movers could not speak English. 2. There wasn't any communication between the driver and the company so I never knew where my car was at any point in time. 3. I paid the drivers in cash as requested by Move Wheels and I never got a receipt because I couldn't get the 2 guys to understand what I was talking about. 4. I told Move Wheels that the car could not be delivered on the weekend and they made the delivery on Saturday. The owner had to leave his home to come get the vehicle. 5. The following day, Move Wheels called to tell me the movers were on site delivering my car. I immediately stated my car had been delivered at 3 p.m. the day before. 6. Even though my car was delivered, it was a very unprofessional ordeal from start to finish.
