Worst service ever. After providing cr card and signed document for pickup in an agreed time period was advised an alternative date would be required. They never returned call to advise of alternatives. Further, they would not return calls to messages left on the customer service line. Finally they would not accept my calls on any of line instead put me on hold for the next available agent which never happened, (did they block my number to transfer me to a permanent hold ?) Non of their phone options worked. With out any information on the status of my contract I had to reschedule with another carrier.
