Very good experience moving daughter's Jeep from Colorado to Chicago area. Scheduling was easy and follow up was efficient and was able to speak with a live person anytime I called with questions. Driver picked up vehicle as scheduled in a convenient location. Driver dropped off vehicle in a convenient location because the street was too narrow and didn't have the proper turn-around access for his truck. He was friendly and a good communicator, despite some language barriers. We were able to put some things in the vehicle (under 100 lb. limit) without issue. We did open carrier because the Jeep is an older vehicle with some minor physical damages. Price was fair. Would use again.
