Absolute horrible experience. Contracted Montway to have 3 cars transported on an enclosed transport, one as a non running vehicle. They changed my vehicle's status to running and didn't tell their contractor. Contractor got delayed several days past the last day of the scheduled pick up date...to the point where I was having to deal with loading the cars right up until when I needed to leave the state for good. Contractor told me I would see my cars in 6-7 days. Instead, they sat at their facility for 6-7 days (could see the location via trackers on my cars) and showed up a week late (14 days total). Contractor took 6 HOURS to remove my 3 cars due to problems with their hydraulics and two of my three cars were damaged. All of them were extremely dirty and had hydraulic fluid dripped all over them. Montway takes no responsibility for their actions and would not refund any portion of their contract fee to make things right. I would suggest not working with them simply because you don't know what caliber of contractor you'll end up with. Beware.
