The transporter pick up wasn’t ideal and I had to drive 15 mins from Louisiana address to meet driver/load 16 Dec 2021(Thursday). We left to drive from Louisiana to Arizona on 18 Dec 2021(Saturday). Driver called while we were on interstate and said the Supra was in Phoenix awaiting delivery, but we wouldn’t be in the Phoenix area to receive until 19 Dec 2021(Sunday). He answered with he wouldn’t be working on Sunday and would deliver that next Monday 20 Dec 2021. The Supra was vandalized while in his possession and on the open trailer, due to lack of security that the driver did not have. I would recommend screening for security measures when booking transporters…especially with higher valued vehicles.

Hello David, I'm sorry to hear of the inconvenience with the shipment. Truck drivers do their best to deliver professional service for every shipment. But, truck drivers are on the road for hours on end multiple days in a row. They are constantly stopping at hotels, truck stations, and other various terminals. We do not recommend that customers leave items of value within their shipment. As the items would be exposed to a multitude of situations.
