TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Positive reviews are likely fake. This is a bait and switch!! Do not use. Paid 1k to have my son’s motorcycle shipped. Promised to pick up in 48-72 hrs. Picked up a week later. Promised to deliver in 1 week. IT IS NOW 13 days after the date of the late pick up and NO BIKE. Earliest that bike MIGHT show up is 14 days after pick up. They flat out LIE about delivery dates. When you try to find out about where your vehicle is, you cannot get ahold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! EDITED UPDATE—I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE as suggested in the review. ON HOLD 45 minutes. They easily found my account. They could NOT provide me an update at to where the bike even was, let alone a delivery date. I was told they would call me back. NO CALL BACK. AGAIN—DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
