In May 2021 my car was transported across country to Las Vegas. When my car arrived I quickly noticed it was damaged. The driver notified he doesn't remember hitting again. Instead of resolving the issue he told me he needed his payment. He then said if I don't tell Montway he will help me with damages. Damages were roughly $1700.00 he then offered to CashApp me $1000.00. Montway helped me out a lot. I'm a mental health counselor. If an already stressful field plus moving across country Karla made sure I get my claimed settled. I explained to her that my job requires me to travel to see my clients she understood completely. Karla and the Claims Department were very empathetic.My car damaged gave me real bad anxiety but they assured to me they will handle it! They fully covered my damages in a swift manner. Thank you guys so much!!"

Thank you for the review. Damage is never something anyone wants to occur in transport, but unfortunately, it does happen. We recommend all customers make sure to take pictures of their vehicle at pick up and delivery. And to make sure they review the inspection report.
