Poor Communication but They Delivered Fast

First of all the service was really fast , it took about one week for my car to get from Boston to California in 7 days , 3 days earlier than expected. Second of all , Communication was really poor, after i created a shipment order from Montway i got an email saying who and which company was my dispatcher, the email stated my dispatcher was going to get in touch with me 12-24 hours before hand. But no call or text was given to me until 30 Minutes before !!! I was trying to call the dispatcher phone from the email i got but that number was wrong because the REAL dispatcher called me . Also the pick up place was not the one i gave to the Montway. I had to get in touch with montway to help me battle this communication problem. Over all it was fast and thats all that really mattered to me and my car looked great !
