bait and switch

this company is a joke. quoted me a price and dragged their heals for 2 plus weeks until 4 days until the car needed to me moved and gave me a new price over 60+% higher. the old bait and switch, hoping i would bite by waiting until last minute to contact me. would NEVER DEAL WITH COMPANY.

Our role as a broker is to connect a carrier to the customer. We use our industry knowledge, tools, software, experience, extensive records, and data to dispatch a reputable carrier for your vehicle shipment. Our dispatchers carefully select and screen carriers to ensure safety, professionalism, and reliability. Our experienced agents negotiate with the carrier on your behalf to keep shipping prices low and fair. Please know that the industry dictates pricing, our job as a broker is to present all options to the customer. Because the goal is to get a carrier assigned to transport the vehicle as quickly and securely as possible. It is the customer’s decision to proceed with that option or not. Working at the quoted price is not an issue, we could and would continue to seek out a carrier. As stated in our terms and conditions accepted by the customer upon booking is that all dates are estimated. Meaning there is no time frame as to when or if a motor carrier will want to transport the vehicle at the customer’s preferred price. We have reached out to the reviewer to provide an explanation and assistance as we felt they were unfamiliar with the service they purchased. Unfortunately, this reviewer has threatened and expressed hostilities and has declined our repeated attempts to talk through and resolve the issue.
