Pick-up of our vehicles was delayed for a few hours by a mechanical issue with the truck, but the driver updated us several times while it was serviced. He was courteous and professional during pick-up and delivery. The delivery (over 1200 miles away) was a little earlier than originally expected but we'd been updated by the driver in advance. All in all, it was a positive experience!
