Taylor, it is important to remember that all transport dates are estimated. A motor carrier is assigned usually within 4 to 5 business days of the vehicle's first available date for pickup. All of this was communicated verbally and in writing to the customer. The customer provided a FAD of 4/24, and within 3 days our office received demands for guaranteed dates to which we simply do not offer. After many attempts to re-explain the service that was agreed upon and purchased, our staff and company were continuously threatened. At that point in time, we refunded the customer in full and exercised our right to decline this customer's business.
