Phone calls and emails at the beginning of this process were what I needed. Contact from dispatcher a few days priori to scheduled pickup until actual pickup was great. Car delivered as scheduled, no problems other than the car needed a jump to start but that was likely a small glitch that may have been on me. Would use this company again.
