I shipped a lifted Jeep Wrangler from Houston to California, first of all customer service responded well (on weekdays), one of the customer service reps gave me her direct email, which was nice. Remember Montway subs out to carriers, and I was lucky to get an awesome transporter/carrier Rosete Transporation. He communicated well, was very careful with the jeep, it was on an open with one other truck., and here's why 5 stars...Rosete delivered TWO DAYS EARLY! The carrier only stays in secured truck stops, so you don't have to sweat break ins. Thank you Montway & Rosette, I will call you back on the next vehicle I need to ship.
