Horrible ---Avoid at all costs

The car was delivered more than a week late. The car was left in a filthy condition on the INTERIOR. Car had more than 200 miles in addition to those on the odometer when it was picked up. Further the customer service is horrible...phones are not answered properly, long holds, etc. Overall I would have give a zero but was not given that option.

Our in-house claims department reached out to you on 8/14/18, providing detailed steps/instruction for pursuing the matter. We have yet to get a response from you with any supporting documentation.
