Terrible service

Paid a premium for guaranteed pickup - they came the next day. I want a refund of the $300.. They said it would take three or four days it’s now been eight days and still no car. No communication from the shipper. When I called the shipper there was no answer.

Hello Peter, we apologize that the carrier did not pick up your vehicle on your guaranteed date. We are working with the carrier on obtaining more information as well as auditing your order. We will be in touch with you in a couple of days to give you an update.
