Horrible service and Dishonest Carriers used

This company is a broker service and is quick to tell you that when there is an issue. If they sub to BSS transport do not let them take your car! the driver Elagio is dishonest. He drove my car around for personal use while i waited 3 days past the delivery date as he was given 2 days off. I had to call him nonstop to see where he was because i was flying out. he stated he would be there in 2 hrs for 4 phone calls. got my used car at midnight. Horrible communication. Ended up getting some money back

We thank you for your review and appreciate you sharing your transport experience with our fans. As well as your patience throughout the situation. All reviews are taken very seriously. Please keep in mind, Montway is in fact both a licensed broker (MC 611862) and a carrier (MC 615110). Montway does not work with just any carrier but only licensed and insured carriers. Montways in-house claim department reached out to the customer upon learning of the issue and immediately came to a resolution in which the customer has already been compensated. We appreciate the customer allowing us the opportunity to make things right. Again we thank you for your time and kind consideration.
