Car picked up promptly and delivered within stated time in, as sent condition. Everyone involved acted professionally. The only thing that didn't happen as I was told it would was 1. I had to contact Montway to have them notify the trucking company to find out pick up time as they did not notify me or answer their phone when I called. But Montway representative took care of that and pick up went smoothly. 2. Montway and the trucking company assured me they would give my daughter 24 HR notice of drop off but that didn't happen, she was called about 4 hours before drop off having to miss one of her college classes to accommodate the drop off. Drop off otherwise went smoothly and driver was very professional and helpful. Overall extremely pleased with Montway and happy with condition car delivered in by Fast Trucking Co
