Car picked up 4 days late, at 11pm, driver impolite and barely spoke English, wouldn't inspect the car thus no liability if something happened to the car, and tried to charge us for the load in the car which was under the allowed 100 lbs. Car delivered several days late, driver lied about contacting us, tried to deliver car at time we said not available, harassed my teenage son at delivery because he had to wait for him, which was not our fault as we said when he would and would not be available. No accountability from Montway or Nersisyan. No one seemed to care that my experience started poorly at pick up and ended poorly at delivery. I had to call several times to a day to get any information, no one called me back until the last day when I finally lost my temper. Overall a terrible experience.

Montway truly appreciates you taking the time to submit feedback about your experience. Please know your feedback is taken very seriously. We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. I wanted to reach out to you regarding some of the information you have provided in your review. As outlined in your initial conversation with our sales agent, you were advised that there is a 1-5 day pickup window after your first available date. Even though you expressed that you were flexible with the loading dates, our dispatch team worked diligently to secure a trucker prior to the fifth business day, as outlined in our terms and conditions and as advised to you prior to booking. Your first available date for pickup in Danville, CA was 8/23/2017. With that in mind, we dispatched your vehicle to our carrier, Nersisyan Inc., on 8/25/17, two days after your first available date. They scheduled to load your vehicle the following day, 8/26/17, three days after your first available date. In regards to the delivery of your vehicle, the transit time for this route of 2,753 miles is approximately 7-9 days. Your vehicle was loaded on 8/26/17 and delivered to you on 9/2/2017, seven days later, which is within the transit time expected. At the time of booking, you were advised that the dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, in the auto transport industry dates cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic and ever-changing driver schedules. Some examples include traffic delays, detours, speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, weight station checkups, police inspections and truck breakdowns. In this situation, the catastrophe in Texas caused many delays with transporters. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible. We also try our best to make sure our carrier companies are able to be contacted, are easy to communicate with, and that they provide customers with advanced notice regarding the scheduled pickup and delivery times/dates for vehicles. We have contacted the carrier company and addressed your concerns with them. We have reached out to the customer and addressed their concerns providing compensation and thank them for allowing us the opportunity to make things right.
