Good customer service, but the company they brokered with wasn't great

I recently shipped 2 cars from Ohio to CA using Montway, and while the company themselves wasn't bad, the company that they used to actually ship their cars wasn't satisfactory (PA Express LLC). If I would have known I was going to be getting a random company to ship it and not Montway themselves, I may not have used them in the first place.

Pros: Getting a quote and getting my shipment set up was easy. They had the best price quote out there and a short shipping time which was a plus. They had us get a large window for the pickup with a 24 hour in advance notice, but I figured that wouldn't be a big deal as we were moving and planning on getting a rental to get us to the airport anyways. Also their customer service as to getting the claim resolved has been good.

Cons: We did NOT get 24 hours in advance notice, instead for 2 hours notice at 5pm so we were not able to get a cashier's check as originally planned. Their dispatch service is outsourced overseas and it was very hard for me to communicate with them about the issues. I did have to file a claim (not Montway's fault) which was a pain and took a lot longer than we would have liked.
