Mr. Giovanni (not sure if the spelling is correct) of Montway was extremely helpful in making the contact with the driver to get us updates. He facilitated the exchange of messages and kept us informed. The driver was 4 days late in delivering the car and we were left with the impression that the late delivery was not unusual and not that exceptional. Naturally, I expected better experience. In the end I am happy the car was delivered in acceptable condition. My thanks to Montway Auto Transport for that.
