delivered our car today with the car being smashed , window smashed, they totaled car and never informed us, good luck finding anybody to respond to you, terrible customer service, never again, us anybody else

Thank you for sharing your review and experience with us. Although this type of situation is uncommon we are always here to help. Montway does have an in-house claims department that is here to assist our customers and provide them the proper documents to file a formal claim. The customer’s vehicle was delivered 4/27/2017 and the customer reported the hail damage to his vehicle. Hail damage is typically something that is not covered under due to the fact this is something that no one can control. This is considered an Act of God. Either way, our in-house claims team did proceed to help the customer file a claim the same day that this was reported. The insurance adjuster contacted the customer today 4/28/2017 and unfortunately denied his claim due to the fact that this is an uncontrollable condition that is not covered by most insurances. Today after the denial from the insurance our in-house claims department is still working on this for resolution for this customer. We are not sure why the customer is stating that there are communication and customer issues, as we are still in direct communication with the customer. We hope this explanation makes it easier to understand how the auto transport industry works and to give you an example that as a broker we are fully dedicated to our customer and ensuring the customer gets the best service possible.
