Beware of the pickup and delivery times.

Booked Montway via Uship. Pickup took 7 days versus the 2 days on the quote. Friday August 19th the 3rd day after my booking I contacted Montway about the pickup and the agent claimed she was working on it right away and would get back to me, which never happened. It was 4 days after this that the car was picked up. I could have chosen another carrier that was less money but chose their higher price because of the 2 day from booking quote. The independent carrier they chose did a good job delivering and picking it up, it was Montway that did a poor job and charged me more than others offering the same delivery commitment, but Montway advertised a shorter pickup time. Montway claims that they only commit to usual 1-5 days pickup from booking, but that is not what was advertised on the Uship quote I booked on their mobile app. Their follow up was poor when I complained. I felt like I was baited with 2 day pickup and then they say it is an estimate. They send you numerous automated emails telling you how they value their customers and your feedback is important, blah, blah, blah. When it comes to actually performing on the job and delivery they committed to, all you hear are crickets

We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the service received.Please note that Montway dates are estimated and not guaranteed and we do ask for a 1-5 day after the first available date to find a carrier.We are transparent with these terms as they are on our uship profile as well as in all written communication thereafter.Records show your order was created 8/16/16 with a first available date of 8/17/16, your vehicle was dispatched 8/22/16 and picked up 8/24/16 with 8/26/16 delivery.
