Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We highly value customer's feedback and we take measures to improve our service to make sure customers received the best possible service. Please note we estimate assigning a carrier within 1 to 5 business days. Even though our estimations are highly accurate, just over 95%, we still inform customers we can only provide estimated dates. We want our customers to be clear on these terms so they can make any necessary personal arrangements. Our goal is to transport your vehicle, never to inconvenience our customers in any way. Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic and ever changing driver schedules. Traffic delays, detours, speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup/delivery client availability delays, weight station checkups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, are just some of the issues that cannot be anticipated. We understand this is potentially inconvenient for customers. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible. The customer’s first available day for pick up was 06/11/2016 the enclosed carrier was assigned on 6/13/2016. The carrier gave the customer an estimated pick up date of 6/15/2016 and an estimated delivery date of 6/27/16. It was at this time when a dispatch notification was sent out via email to the customer which list both the estimated pickup and delivery dates. If this was not a good option the customer could have refused and we would have continued to look for another carrier. Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible. If there is anything else we can assist the customer with please have them contact us as we would be glad to help. Thank you
